House of Hope‘s Client Services and Housing Department is looking to immediately connect with local landlords.
- 2 & 3 bedroom units are in demand
- Lead certificate and occupancy permit are required
- Upfront costs covered by HomeBASE, a state-funded program that helps eligible families with housing costs, with a bonus payment equal to one month’s rent (the bonus payment does not count toward rental costs and the landlord is not required to hold this payment for costs that would otherwise be covered within a security deposit)
- One- or two-year leases available
